Practical training for senior leaders who want honest feedback, real frameworks, and measurable growth in how they lead teams and shape strategy.
Book a consultation See our programmesWe started ExecWisdomPath in 2018 because too many leadership courses felt disconnected from the pressures executives actually face. Our founding team had spent years inside FTSE 250 companies, and we kept seeing the same gap: leaders promoted for technical brilliance, then left to figure out people, politics, and strategy on their own.
Our programmes close that gap. Every session is built around live case studies drawn from participants' own organisations, not generic textbook scenarios. We cap cohorts at twelve people so facilitators can give direct, specific feedback.
Based in Scotland, we deliver in-person intensives across the UK and virtual cohorts for international teams. Over 1,400 senior leaders have completed our programmes since launch.
Six focused programmes, each designed for a specific leadership challenge. Pick one, or combine several into a longer development track.
A two-day intensive on decision frameworks under uncertainty. Participants work through real resource-allocation dilemmas, practise pre-mortem analysis, and leave with a personal decision checklist they can use in board settings immediately.
Six monthly sessions with a dedicated coach who has held C-suite or board roles. Each session runs 90 minutes and centres on challenges the leader is facing that week, not hypothetical ones. Between sessions, you receive written observations and suggested experiments to try with your team.
A full-day live simulation modelled on real corporate crises: product recalls, data breaches, sudden leadership vacuums. Participants rotate through roles, face time-pressured media briefings, and receive video playback with facilitator commentary.
Designed for senior managers preparing for their first non-executive or executive board seat. Covers governance essentials, financial literacy for directors, stakeholder management, and boardroom communication style across four half-day modules.
Bring your leadership team for a facilitated two-day offsite. We use psychometric profiling, conflict-mapping, and structured dialogue to surface the unspoken tensions that slow decision-making. You leave with a written team charter and a 90-day action plan.
We interview 20 to 40 people across your organisation, analyse engagement data, and deliver a candid 30-page report on your culture's strengths and fault lines. The report includes prioritised recommendations, not vague observations. We then facilitate a half-day leadership session to agree on next steps.
Specific outcomes our participants report after completing a programme.
Participants report cutting meeting time on strategic decisions by roughly a third within 90 days of completing the programme.
Small cohorts mean you hear directly from other senior leaders about how you communicate, delegate, and handle conflict. No anonymous surveys; real conversation.
We teach four to six tools per programme, and each one has to pass a simple test: can you apply it on Monday morning? If not, we cut it.
Alumni from our cohorts stay connected. We run quarterly virtual roundtables and an annual in-person dinner in Edinburgh for past participants.
Every facilitator has held at least one executive or non-executive director role. They have sat where you sit.
We use a 360-degree assessment before and six months after the programme so both you and your sponsor can see what changed.
From first conversation to long-term impact, here is the path.
A 30-minute call where we learn about your role, your team, and the specific leadership challenge you want to address. No sales pitch; just questions.
We recommend a programme or build a custom combination. You receive a detailed outline, schedule, and investment summary within five working days.
In-person sessions at our Scotland facility or your offices, or virtual delivery for distributed teams. Every session includes live exercises and facilitator feedback.
Six months of post-programme support: two coaching check-ins, access to alumni roundtables, and a 360-degree reassessment to measure growth.
Feedback from leaders who completed our programmes.
I came expecting another generic leadership course. Instead, I spent two days working through my actual boardroom dilemmas with people who understood the pressure. The decision framework I learned has already changed how I run quarterly planning.
The crisis simulation was uncomfortable in the best way. I discovered I default to micromanagement under stress, and my facilitator gave me a concrete alternative to practise. Three months later, my direct reports noticed the difference before I even told them about the programme.
We brought our entire senior team for the alignment workshop. By the afternoon of day one, we had surfaced a conflict that had been silently draining productivity for over a year. The facilitator handled it with real skill, and we left with a plan everyone genuinely supported.
Quick answers to the questions we hear most often.
We cap open-enrolment cohorts at twelve participants. For in-house team workshops, we recommend groups of six to fifteen. Smaller groups get more individual facilitator attention; larger groups generate richer peer feedback. We help you decide the right size during the discovery call.
Yes. We regularly deliver in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Edinburgh. We also run virtual cohorts for international teams across multiple time zones. Travel and venue costs for in-person sessions outside our home base are quoted separately.
Open-enrolment two-day programmes start at £2,800 per participant. Executive coaching packages start at £1,500 per month for six sessions. In-house team workshops are priced based on group size, duration, and location. We provide a detailed quote after the discovery call.
Every facilitator has held at least one C-suite or board-level role and has a minimum of five years of coaching or training experience. Most hold accreditations from the ICF, EMCC, or CIPD. We match facilitators to programmes based on their industry background and the specific challenges of the cohort.
We run a 360-degree feedback assessment before the programme and again six months after. Participants also complete a self-assessment at the end of each module. For team workshops, we track team-level metrics like meeting efficiency, decision speed, and engagement scores at the 90-day mark.
